Just wanted to drop a note of appreciation. Called a little while ago about a misfire. Was asking for a quote on changing spark plugs. Person who answered the phone said I sounded like I knew my way around motors and suggested I try a free code scan elsewhere first. Well the negative battery terminal was loose. I tightened the nut and the misfire is gone. Beats changing all 6 plugs don't it. Thanks, I'll be by for an oil change eventually. Highly recommended.
