Friendly service and was able to fit me in during a busy time of the year for a wheel alignment.

That being said, my last alignment doesn't feel right and seems to pull to one side as if the steering wheel is not centered but it's not always consistent. I suspect my wheels are slightly angled inward, despite looking straight but not angled evenly on both sides.

Maybe it was just an honest mistake, but it did make me question the reliability of the service.

Addendum:
I had replaced the control arms on my vehicle prior to coming in for an alignment, which was the reason I needed an alignment.

Very disappointing experience.

Took 2 days to do a safety inspection even with an appointment, and I still didn’t receive any proper or detailed safety report afterward. Huge waste of time. The vehicle failed for unclear reasons without proper explanation.

I brought the car to an independent mechanic up the road who handled the appointment and brought the vehicle there himself. He later told me that techs from the safety inspection place had checked the car and found several issues that supposedly needed repairs in order for the vehicle to pass safety.

I ended up paying for multiple repairs and parts, and later discovered that some of the parts I paid for did not appear to have actually been replaced properly.

What makes this even more concerning is that I later took the exact same vehicle to another legitimate garage, where the car passed safety and none of the major issues previously mentioned were considered a problem.

The mechanic mentioned that he sometimes works with this place and that they refer clients to each other. Since he handled the entire process through them, it’s hard not to question the relationship between both sides and how the situation was handled.

I’ll leave the benefit of the doubt and apologize if I’m wrong or if the issue was only with the mechanic himself, but based on my experience the whole process felt very unclear, dishonest, and poorly handled.

Had a great 1st experience with this shop. The quote they gave me over the phone the night prior was spot on and didnt charge me extra and was cheaper than anywhere else i called. We're able to get me in the next day, Staff in there were very friendly. Will 100 percent be back.

Got my silencer fixed here and the work was solid. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it without trying to upsell unnecessary parts. The sound is back to normal and the car feels smoother now. Pricing was fair for the work done, and the turnaround time was fast.
