I had an issue with my original visit awhile ago but the new manager Alex is great and did everything he could to make things right. They went above and beyond, did an amazing job on my car. The front desk Sage was very patient and kind as well. I def recommend this location

I had my car towed here after an accident, they told me my car was totalled. I told them I would make a decision on whether or not to take my car back or take the money they offered. I decided to take my car back with the insurance money to fix it and when I went to pick it up my car both headlights had been ripped out with the headlight ballasts (which were still in perfect, working order and extremely expensive). Making it even more difficult and expensive to fix my car. as well as just throwing the pieces that they ripped off and just tossing them into my car. don’t take your car here for any types of repair or service. Just a terrible experience…

Found out 4 years later they installed my new running boards with three different size bolts - some stainless and others not...keeping the good hardware for yourself eh?

I had such a great experience with Assured Automotive. They did an amazing job fixing my car and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Sage at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout everything.
