Very kind friendly happy staff, very informative, very fair, fair and honest to women who have to deal with certain things on their own, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of whatsoever, the prices are very fair and the work that was done was amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Dino’s Collision. After my accident, Steve did an absolutely excellent job repairing my vehicle — it honestly came back looking better than factory. What really stood out was how informative and helpful he was throughout the process. He took the time to point out additional issues I wasn’t aware of, which ultimately led to me getting my tailgate replaced at Lincoln’s expense. Without Steve, I wouldn’t have even known I had those options.

Fantastic customer service

I had a scratched fender, which normally would take a week to repair. Dino’s kept my car for three and one half weeks. While not working on the car, it sat outside. When I picked up my car, the battery was so degraded it would not start. They jumped the battery. Driving my 18 year old car home, I realized the headliner had come completely detached. Because my car is old, I asked Dino’s to pay half the repair for the headliner. Dino’s refused.
Stay away from Dino’s!
