FIX AUTO GUELPH

My insurance gave me the option of two approved collision repair shops this one and pro color collision, in hind sight I would have took my chances with the other shop. The work was late by 4 days and the person I talked to didn't follow up on the one request that I made both speaking in person and over the phone.

I was nervous because my insurance company had them be both the appraiser and the repairer. No need to be - they were great and did the job well, the repair looks good, and they also helped me get back and forth with the rental car my insurance covered. Excellent experience all around and staff were very nice.

My license plate fell off in the car wash and I was really worried as I saw rust in the screw hole under the plate. I called FixAuto and they said I could come in so they could take a look and assess what needed to be done. Anxious, I headed out to FixAuto and within moments of meeting their team my fears were put to rest. They quickly suggested a fix and within 30 minutes I was on my way, my license plate back where it was supposed to be. It was such a pleasant hassle free experience. I’m so thankful I found them.
