Willam was very knowledgeable and helped me out wiłh an oil leak. Didn’t charge me and topped up my oil for no charge. Will keep going back for my oil changes here.

Always extremely friendly, professional and polite. Smile on every employees face each time I go.

I would encourage you to never waste a moment at this place. It's really gone downhill. Went there yesterday morning for oil change. Agitated woman who works there told me she couldn't do it, because there was an oil leak on upper gasket and below. She showed me, and I saw nothing. She put some oil in, but refused to do the change, or to even give me feedback on anything else. Said I had to go to a mechanic the next day. Instead, I went to a Mr. Lube in Richmond Hill, and had a proper oil change and essential feedback on my tires (tread getting very low).I asked if there was a gasket leak and they spent a ton of time confirming that there was just some MINOR SWEATING but no actual leak of any kind. All was well. I remember Guelph in the old days, when there was professional people working in places like this. Clearly that has changed. The employee scared me into believing there was a safety issue, and there wasn't. Forget Jiffy Lube, go to a professional place to get your oil changed.

*The response by the company is a blatant lie, designed to make them look professional and cautious. There was no sizable leak of any kind. In fact, any human eye could see that it was merely sweating.
