Came into the shop today and booked an alignment to get done on my 2010 Ford Ranger. I have too much to say, but want to summarize by just saying how fantastic the experience at the shop was.They did a fantastic job on my alignment even though my truck is lifted and modified, I had no issues driving after and they checked over my car as well. Definitely true enthusiasts loved the experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I came in after hitting a curb a two years ago needing an alignment. The mechanic correctly identified I had hit something before I even explained — which earned my trust. However, he told me there was a camber angle issue and quoted me $1,500 for parts, saying it couldn't be fully fixed without them.

He said you can still drive without any issue so i trusted his word, and drove on. Fast forward two years — I finally took my car to Honda for a full checkup. They found no parts needed replacing, fixed the alignment completely, and confirmed there was nothing structurally wrong.

The result of trusting this shop? One of my tires is completely bald on one side from two years of improper alignment. That's real, measurable damage to my vehicle.

If you need an alignment, please go elsewhere. Get a second opinion before agreeing to any major parts quote. I have my original transaction records and the Honda report to back everything up.

Update - After big wheel comments.

Prior to visiting Honda, I contacted your shop and was informed that you have no record of my visit — which I find deeply concerning. I did visit your location, and during that appointment I was told there was damage to my suspension components (and if I recall correctly, wheel hub damage was also mentioned). Based on those claims, a proper alignment correction was not completed.

I then took my vehicle to Honda, where a full inspection was performed. Honda confirmed that there is no damage to any suspension or wheel hub components, and they successfully corrected the alignment to factory specifications — something your shop was unable to do.

I also visited another alignment shop prior to Honda, and they similarly made no mention of any component damage.

The fact that Honda found no damage and resolved the issue raises serious questions about the accuracy of the assessment provided at your shop. I would appreciate a formal explanation as to why damage was cited that Honda could not confirm, and why your records no longer reflect my visit.
