I can’t say enough good things about Tri-City Mobile Tire Change. I had a tire blow out unexpectedly and was stranded on the side of the road. They responded quickly, arrived fully equipped, and had me back on the road in no time.

The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Instead of dealing with the hassle and expense of a tow truck, they came directly to me and handled everything on-site. The service was fast, convenient, and reasonably priced.

What could have been a stressful and frustrating situation turned into a smooth experience thanks to their excellent customer service and expertise. I want to give 0 stars but, it doesn't allow me.
I called about a flat tire and explicitly told him I was running out of time. He assured me he could fix it right away and sent me his location. Which is 24km away, When I arrived, he completely ignored our agreement and took his time finishing another car instead. If he was too occupied, he should have been honest up front instead of making me drive out just to sit and wait. Unprofessional and unfair.

Best service I’ve gotten! I’ve had my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced by Nesar and his team, as well as a tire change, and I am always impressed with the quality of their work. Nesar is extremely professional, efficient, kind, friendly, and hardworking. He responds very quickly, works around your schedule, and makes the entire process convenient and stress-free.

What really stands out is how welcoming and approachable he is. He takes the time to explain the work being done in a way that is easy to understand, which gives you confidence that your vehicle is in good hands.

Nesar and Tri City Mobile Tire team have been great for tire changes, brand new tires and recently new brakes and pads! Always on time and very efficient. And, right in the driveway! We have used their service over the past couple of years.
