After assessing your vehicle, they will send you a link and you can look at everything they noted and pictures of the issues. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, this makes my experience much less anxiety-inducing. They will contact you after you review the link and discuss next steps with you. They don't push unnecessary costs; instead provide a full breakdown of parts and labour costs. The people here are so friendly and knowledgeable!
