I was giving this place the benefit of the doubt after reading their one star reviews, i really shouldn't have. My car didn't get serviced in the timeframe scheduled, the receptionist hung up on me and a mechanic came out to my car after I left to harass me.

I'm sure they do great work mechanically, but their customer service is awful. Will never go there or recommend to anyone.

I went to Hebb’s Automotive for the first time this spring when I needed to have my MVI renewed.

Not surprising when I found out my 11 year old used vehicle needed some work to pass inspection and the team at Hebbs were incredibly communicative and helpful.

I’m not knowledgeable about cars so I appreciated how they explained what needed to be done and they were transparent and patient with me as I had a lot of questions, which for me helped build trust.

I’m really happy with the service I received, and I definitely know I’ll be coming back to this shop for all my future vehicle maintenance needs!

I ended up driving around for 18 minutes looking for HEBBS. For those of you who don't know, it is under DUFFUS and no longer HEBBS, but I received great and efficient service from DUFFUS

Some time ago we were passing through Halifax and needed some major and urgent help with muffler to continue the trip. Hebb's took us in on the same day and delivered the vehicle on the following day. Excellent, professional and courteous service, recommended.

Not only did they come in under my assumed price expectation the staff were great to deal with and the service was prompt. They took the time to warn of potential issues that could arise and made sure I was aware of all option that were available to me before proceeding. I appreciate the honesty and will certainly return again in the future if their services match my needs.
