I had my car repaired at Chapmans on Agricola Street a few months ago and I cannot say how pleased I was with their service and the quality of their work. They answered all my questions and the continuous communication of emails sure put my mind at ease. I would not go anywhere else if I ever need repair work done again and the fact that my car was given to me cleaned inside and out was the icing on the cake.
Not recommended, had body work done on my F-150 after rear end collision, work didn't last even 3 months , take your vehicle somewhere else trust me.
Visited this location over a month ago for a quote. I scraped my car on a pillar in a parkade and needed to get the door resprayed.<br><br>The employee who did the quote was nice and snapped some photos to get a quote.<br><br>After almost two weeks of not receiving the quote, I called and was told they were backed up but I’d receive my quote by the end of the week.<br><br>The end of the week came and went without any communication, so a week later I called again. Same thing - I would get it soon.<br><br>It’s now been well over a month and I have had zero communication for them. Maybe they don’t want my business since I’m not going through insurance, but the least they could do is provide basic communication.
What a fantastic place. They took a look at my car right away even knowing I might not have time go through with the insurance claim/repair before leaving town. Really caring and generous. Highly recommend.
Someone backed into my driver’s door which caused damage and the first reaction was … “ugh” now I have to navigate insurance and getting it fixed. I was recommended Assured Automotive from a friend of mine in the car business. I had no idea how easy this “ugh” was going to be. My insurance company contacted Assured Automotive with the details and Assured reached out to me to set up the appointment. The staff at Assured walked me through the process and they organized everything for me with insurance!<br><br>When I dropped off my vehicle for repairs, the rental car was right there for me. A couple of signatures and I was on my way. Great communication while they did the repairs keeping me up to date on the status of my repair.<br><br>I picked up my vehicle, and you would never know that the driver’s door is 9 years younger than the other three doors! The paint matched up perfectly.<br><br>I highly recommend Assured for all your “ugh” vehicle moments.
