We had a crack in our lower bumper from hitting a piece of ice on the road back in 2022. We received a quote of just under $400, and they were recommended by our insurance company so we booked the repair. We were paying fir the repairs ourselves instead of goingnthrough insurance. The day we dropped the car off, we got a call informing us that when they started taking the bumper apart, the bodyguy snapped the clips holding the part to be replaced to the bumper causing more damage to the bumper itself...resulting in it having to be replaced. We were told the car was undriveable and the new cost for the repairs to the damage they caused exceeded $2500, meaning we now had to go through insurance. It took them almost 100 days to get the parts and fix what they broke. It wasn't until I started phoning the dealership and manufacturer head office that the parts appeared. I called Wolf weekly only to be told they were waiting on the parts, and told not to be calling the dealership or manufacturer. It was during these calls that I was told the guy who gave us the estimate and admitted it was their fault the additional damage was done, was let go. As a result of their screw up, our insurance marked the damage as an at fault collision, and the delay in them getting the parts caused the amount the insurance company paid out to climb because of the rental car. Once it was finally fixed we were told it was guaranteed. About 2 years later, the bumper started separating from our fog lights. We brought it in and was told the clips needed to be replaced, and that someone would be in touch to schedule the appointment. No one ever called, or returned calls. Very disappointed. And now their screw up is affecting our insurance rates. Unfortunately, I would never recommend them.
