Updating my review because the owner contacted us promptly after our concerns were raised and offered either a refund or to redo the job. We chose to have the work redone because we wanted to give them another chance to make things right, and we really appreciated how quick, responsive, and professional they were throughout the process.
It's clear they care about their customers and take feedback seriously. We appreciate that they addressed the issue right away and were willing to make it right. Based on this experience, I have high hopes for this business and believe they show great promise through their commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.

We had our 2026 Honda Civic done, interior and exterior detailing. We were honestly disappointed. First, communication was not good. Time was different than originally discussed and they were an hour late to arrive (which we let it go because we just wanted the car detailed). Then for the detailing itself, I’ve attached pictures for you to see for yourself. There are so many smudges and dirt leftover. I feel like we couldve done better if we cleaned it ourselves which is not really what you want when you pay for a service. There were dirt and smudges both outside the car and on the dashboard inside. The only thing good was the vacuuming but again, something we can do ourselves.

In conclusion, would we recommend? NO. Better to do it yourself or find another detailer
