They are very good at what they do. They arrive on time and provide excellent service.

Small hiccup with some miscommunication when I first booked that left me hanging a bit, but they apologized and were very accomodating in rebooking. 2nd try went way better, they arrived slightly early, were friendly, helpful and professional. Appointment didnt take long. A bit pricier than going to a smaller garage but cant beat the convenience.

Focus Auto has been excellent. They have been excellent and are transparent about work they can do and what they recommend be done else where. They are prompt, and I have always been very comfortable with their assessment and the work they recommend. I never feel like they recommend a larger list of work than what is needed. Jake is also very personable and takes the time to explain.

Excellent service! I’ve used focus auto for a number of jobs including brakes, tires, oil, and even more complex repairs like car window regulator. Everything has always been done well, and for a great price. The availability is great compared to most brick and mortar shops so you can usually get service pretty quickly. And nothing beats the convenience of your car being worked on in your driveway without having to worry about drop off , pick up or appointment waiting. Highly recommended!
