Fabulous service, they sent pictures and called for updated quotes during the whole process. They were able to explain everything to me and treated me with respect. As a female, this doesn't happen everywhere.
When I picked up my car, it was almost $600 cheaper than they quoted.
Honest, friendly, and most importantly, very capable staff. Can't say enough good things about them.

PSA regarding S.B Tirecraft
Be careful getting your tires done….
I had my tires swapped on Thursday afternoon. I'm driving into work on Saturday morning at 0630 hrs in the 102 hwy. (Yes, I know. They need to retorqued between 80 to 100km). I may have had 50 km on them. I started hearing this noise/clunking and I could feel a shimmy, and it started getting worse. I pull over in Fall River to check my tires....well!!!! The first lug nut I touched with my fingers on the driver's side. I could moveit!!!🤬 luckily, dad had given me a wrench years ago and I torqued them all. Every lug nut on the driver's side was completely loose. If I had to have kept going, that tire would have fallen off!! I checked all the tires and a few on the rear passenger was also loose.

Had the tire come off, it could have been catastrophic. It would have caused severe damage to my Jeep and possibly killed me or someone else.
So after work I went to Costco and got my tires torqued. When I explained what happened he told another employee he came out and also Torqued then.
So fast forward to today as they were not open on the weekend. I went there this morning at 0845 hrs, to tell them what happened. Darren was on the counter which he is normally fantastic to deal with. I explained what happened and showed him the videos. Darren said he would talk to the owner Scott and printed off my invoice. When I told him to cancel my alignment, I won’t be back here, he threw the piece of paper at me and said “he’s done!”. He said “I can tell you want your $72 back!” At no time did I say that. however, it should have been offered, as that would be good customer service. He then said I came in upset. I told him TRUST me, this is not upset, and that I don’t have an issue with him as he didn’t do the work. I didn’t go in screaming, I was simply talking and explained everything. Told him this was serious and that I or someone else could have been killed. Plus my vehicle would have been destroyed..
As far as the $72 if they are they hard up keep it! If that tire had come off ( which it would have if I didn’t stop) and I survived, $72 bucks would be the least of their worries. I would have hired a lawyer.
So as expected……..Scott the owner never contacted me.
BBB complaint has already been put in.
So if you value your life, and continue to go there be very cautious!!!

Really disappointed and unimpressedwith the service at S.B. Tire Shop.
I took my car in for an alignment in May. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told they were unable to complete the alignment, yet I was still charged for the service. Looking back, I shouldn't have paid.
I have the service report showing that the alignment was not completed and that my vehicle was actually left in worse condition than when it arrived.
The shop contacted my husband to explain they couldn't complete the work, but when I called to see if my vehicle was ready, I wasn't given that information.
Since then, I have contacted the Elmsdale location numerous times. Darren M. at the front desk has been very helpful, professional, and provided me with additional information, which I appreciate.
Attempted to call the Dartmouth location, wonder auto) which I received no help.
Unfortunately, I've made several attempts to speak with the manager, and none of my calls have been returned. It's extremely frustrating to be charged for work that wasn't completed and then receive no response from management when trying to resolve the issue. I
To make matters worse, after paying for a service that wasn't completed, I had to take my vehicle to another shop and spend several hundred more dollars to have the issue properly addressed.
I expected much better customer service, communication, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
