Had my Kia pre shined, on receipt said under warranty. When I took it home, I noticed there was discolouration on top of right hood. Was told by clerk it was caused from the sun .I never saw it before. Was told they could buff it out for $30.00 and than I was told it would cost $50.00 per panel. Finally, I was told that the clerk checked with Manager and they could not/would not do the work after I sent a picture through email. Not sure what happened, but, feel I am getting the run around. Very unsatisfied customer. Car looked fine before work, now it does not! Totally bad customer service! Would appreciate an expert to way in!
I called to book for an undercoating touch up and they had lots of availability. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and it was ready by 9:30am the next day. Couldn’t ask for faster service :) The staff that helped me were super friendly. I’ve also used them for help with scratches on my car and detailing services in the past and they’ve been great every time!

I appreciated the reminders in the days prior to my appointment. My vehicle was ready well within the timeframe I was given. Reception staff were super friendly and dealt with a couple of minor missed spots without issue. The car was very clean and the exterior shiny. I’ll definitely use this service again. Beautiful job!!
