Great service! They took me in last minute to repair a tire leak which was very appreciated. Price seemed reasonable :)
My wife changed the tires on her car. The mechanics didn’t tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels properly. Within 20 kms I had to pull over and tighten 4 out of 5 lug nuts. We asked for the owner to contact us to discuss the issue. He refused to call us. We were told, only through reception, that he expected us to come in to speak to him. Our time is more valuable than that. We sent an email and no response was ever given. His shop put our family in a dangerous situation. He didn’t have the courage or decency to speak to us about it. He took absolutely no ownership over it. He didn’t value our time. He clearly didn’t value our returning business. He certainly didn’t care about his shop’s mistake. I would recommend anywhere else but here if that’s how they regard customers.
