Solid spot. Very knowledgeable. Never looking to take advantage of people. If something goes wrong with my vehicle they have always given me a number of options ranging in price. Also regularly check my car and giving me pre-warnings of any potential things that might go wrong in the future.

I work near Georgetown Imports, and as I was leaving work yesterday, noticed I had a flat rear tire. Worried about getting home safely, I called my boss to ask for help. She referred me to Georgetown Imports and the owner, Par and Mark specifically. I was AMAZED at how incredibly kind and willing to help they were! Par finished the job he was doing and came right to my rescue! He noted I could bring the car back the next morning to get the tire looked at and fixed. Not only did he offer his wonderful services but gave me additional information I didn’t think of that REALLY helped! (He told me when I get home, to check after dinner how far it has gone down and that will determine if it is a bigger leak or smaller, and that would determine how much time I have of it being parked before it goes down again! So clever!)

Took it back this morning, was able to drop my key off in the lock box so I wouldn’t’ be late for work myself, and got the call back saying it would need a new tire and made sure that was okay. Not only did they solve that problem he also noticed something else was wrong and mentioned that and helped me to prevent a larger bill down the line for a bigger fix with something else! I like how they checked with me first about replacing the tire instead of just doing it. It shows integrity.

Best mechanics in Georgetown. Honest and caring. Solved some unexpected problems with my vehicle without charging an arm or a leg . Definitely recommend these guys . Mark and Par keep up the good work !

Not sure what we would do without these guys. They always find time for their customers and do a great job. They do what is necessary at a fair price. We very much appreciate them. Took my Honda Civic to them as the a/c wasn’t working. Par called Georgetown Honda for me as he believed the warranty on the a/c was extended and he was right. Thanks to Par and Mark.
