Very disappointing experience. This place is only focused on making money and has zero respect for customers. Initially, they quoted a lower amount, but in the end, they charged almost 50% more without proper explanation.

On top of that, at the time of vehicle delivery, the owner wasn’t even present and had instructed his staff not to release the car until full payment was made. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The customer service is terrible, and the quality of work is not up to the mark either. I went there based on a friend’s recommendation, but it turned out to be a pathetic experience.

I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Never going back.

Very disappointed with my experience at EZ Rev Auto. I went in to have over-tightened wheel bolts removed on my BMW, and the process turned into a complete mess.

Alton struggled for nearly 2 hours trying to remove the bolts. During the process, they broke two extractor adapter sockets and had to weld a bar onto the tool just to remove their broken adapters from my wheel bolts. Despite all of that, they still couldn’t get the bolts off before I had to leave for work.

I returned the next day, and another employee was able to remove all of the remaining bolts in about 10 minutes.

I was also extremely concerned when a welding ground clamp was attached directly to my brake rotor during the welding process, which caused visible arcing damage to the rotor.

To make matters worse, another employee almost installed the wrong size wheel bolt and nearly damaged my wheel threads before another worker stepped in and stopped him.

On top of everything else, the wheels were not balanced properly, and I ended up having to pay another shop to rebalance them correctly because the car was vibrating at highway speeds afterward.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and careless, and I would not trust this shop again for wheel or suspension work.
