The young Lady that works at the Cannon Part Source in Hamilton was so nice to me.. I bought my battery at Canadian Tire, it was still under warranty, however they said its going to be $70 plus tax to take it out of the car to test it..when CAA and partsource did that for free. The best part is IF I paid them to just literally take the battery out of my car, and it is 'fine' according to them..another $70 plus tax to drop it back in a hook the thing up.. the battery itself I believe was 160.00 so by the time I'm done all that I might as well just bought a new battery Canadian Tire has become so horrible here in Hamilton I will never stop it one again in this city the gentleman at the Oakville store on Kerr Street was extremely nice so I don't know maybe they need to pay their Hamilton employees more I used to take my cars to the Canadian Tire I live by the small one on Main Street all the time and then I don't know what happened someone said new management but every single person in the auto shop would not do anything as far as even putting a headlight bulb I bought their in when they used to do these things all the time for a customer that it's been coming there for years show me when you teach your employees some customer service again or change the morale at the store because clearly nobody is Happy working there if they trade the customers like this. Sucks cuz you know you want to shop it as many Canadian companies as you can but not when they treat you like this

Dave at part source is the man had one of my caliber bolts fall out on my way home from the job site and he was kind enough to lend me some tools so I found fix it in the parking lot

Terrible service, only one person working on a Saturday in the entire store. The one person working gave us the wrong parts wasnt listening to us when we were talking to her. We had to go drive back and get the correct parts. We wasted several hours on a Saturday. Brutal service
