They had a look at my old bmw and were very honest and reasonable about what exactly was wrong, what it could cost, and pointed me in the direction of potentially finding cheaper parts.
Update: beater bmw had some more issues. owner was super accomodating. she runs again.
We’ve been long-term clients of Import's since around 2023 and we’ve consistently had such a positive experience. They’re fair, honest, and genuinely operate with care and integrity.
They checked over our vehicle today and took the time to walk my husband through everything thoroughly, giving us really helpful insights without ever making us feel pressured. It’s rare to find a team that’s both knowledgeable and trustworthy, and we’re very grateful to have found them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful service.
Gino and his team are the best. I routinely get my autos serviced here. He's an honest mechanic and all the people that I have sent to him are happy to have him as their mechanic now. He is very busy but will always try to squeeze you in.
