Mister Transmission

Went here for transmission fluid change. Brought my own fluids from Hyundai and Dan was a very approachable person. He makes sure to get your approval first before they do anything to your car. One of the most transparent mechanic in Hamilton.

I can't say enough on how pleased I am with the professionalism and competency of Dan and his staff. I've been burned before by shady mechanics and I can honestly say they are some of the best! Dan was polite and friendly from my first phone call, and he took the time to LISTEN to all my questions and answered them in a clear and kind way that helped me understand the problem. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed out of there.

The problem (leaky transmission) was fixed in a timely manner and it was done well. He noticed another issue that was causing me problem (bad ball joints) but I never once felt like he was trying to "find" issues and upsell me. He solved this one as well and now my car sounds better than it did when I first purchased the vehicle used.

I would definitely recommend Dan and his staff for not only transmission related issues but for all mechanical issues. The final bill was VERY reasonable. I'm so VERY happy that I found Dan at Mister Transmission. THANK YOU!!

Started to have hard/slips took it in had it diagnosed and repaired with in a week. Excellent service and customer service. I would highly recommend to any one with transmission issues this is the place to go.

This Mister Transmission is great! I highly recommend them. They fixed the transmission on my Chevy Silverado faster than I expected. I didn’t want to take on new payments for a new truck, so this was perfect.

On top of that, Dan went out of his way to redo the e-transfer so I could get the rewards on my Visa card. They really went above and beyond — I’d send anyone their way!
