This was my first time visiting Master Mechanic, and after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. My experience was excellent from start to finish.

Mike was able to squeeze us in the very next morning, which was greatly appreciated since it’s our only vehicle. He also arranged a courtesy ride, and the young man who drove me was very friendly, polite and professional.

The team provided an extensive quote the same day, and Jim followed up with me to review everything. Unfortunately, our 14-year-old van required more work than we felt was worth investing in, so we decided not to proceed with the repairs. They charged exactly the quoted price for the diagnostic testing, which I appreciated.

Jim was pleasant and professional at checkout, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Although we chose not to repair our vehicle, the service we received was outstanding. I would definitely return to Master Mechanic in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
