Very nice, honest and professional. Quick to give a quote and repair was done right away. The fact that pictures were provided was a bonus so you could actually see the area in need of repair.

My car was making a random noise on the long weekend and I was panicked. I have been really lucky in not needing a ton of work on my car since I purchased it, so I wasn't sure where to even begin.

With other cars, I haven't had the best experiences and I was really nervous about visiting a new place. I heard really good things about the service and work done by the team at Right Way Auto, so I decided to give them a try.

They were very quick in providing me information about my car, asked follow up questions, accommodated me (with my work schedule) and had the work done faster and for a very reasonable cost. I also really appreciated that they shared the report with pictures of my car and the staff assisting me.

I did need to defer some of the work, but plan to set up an appointment with them in the future to have the remaining work completed.

The best customer service and quality repair shop I have ever experienced! From the beginning when I dropped of my car offering me a Uber home and then providing a courtesy car. Then diagnosing my car issues with detailed pictures. To bringing it back because of a continued leak, diagnosing and fixing problem cost free.
