Been using this mechanic for years. Very honest and straightforward. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Auto Ranch for less than a year now , drive an older car so starting to run into a few repairs but still worth fixing . Rob the owner from my dealings with him seems to be an honest guy in not upselling , seems do give you an honest opinion if you need to urgently repair something on your vehicle or if it can wait do be done at a later date as long as it's safe . He understands people being on a tight budget these days and does what he can to help . I had a sound coming out of the front of my vehicle after just having it fixed there , he didn't brush me off thinking I was imagining this sound as it came and went . Rob and one of his mechanics Alex finally figured out the problem , totally satisfied and enjoying driving my car again . Not a fancy shiny shop , but they seem to know there stuff and that's what counts !!

Worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away.
I brought my vehicle in with a blown brake line and known suspension issues. I clearly told them the hydraulic system had a leak. They kept the vehicle for nearly two months with constant excuses while supposedly “trying to save me money” on cheaper parts.
What was supposed to be about two weeks turned into two months of delays. I was out of province and had to keep extending my accommodations because they stopped communicating entirely — calls and messages went unanswered. I finally had to show up in person, ready to tow the vehicle out myself.
I got the car back with a $2,800 bill and the exact same hydraulic leak still present (the original problem I brought it in for). Their only real explanation? The manager was on vacation.
Extremely disappointed. Poor communication, zero accountability, unfinished work, and a big bill for nothing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I was very grateful for some very kind help this morning with a temporary fix for the protective under panel of my vehicle before a drive back to Toronto. Most appreciative for help provided without any request for payment.
