Our vehicle (2017 Audi Q7) experienced an emergency warning a few miles from Kamloops and needed repair. We had it towed to Battle Street Motorwerkes for diagnosis and repairs. Rob (owner and mechanic) determined that the vehicle’s water pump had failed. Also there were some issues with some spark plugs and coils. We approved them to make the repairs and they rearranged their schedule so our vehicle would be repaired quicker and we could continue our trip. Fortunately they had all the parts in stock. They explained everything clearly and were completely transparent about what needed to be done and what our options were. We would highly recommend this business.
