Terrible service and attention. An older blond man is rude. The staff shouts, and the vehicle inspection is very poor. I do not recommend this place for any maintenance service.
Budget Brake Kamloops, has an excellent hard working team of Mechanical professionals. 5 years ago I moved here & had new brake rotors, calipers & pads installed. Since then Oil Changes & install of Manifold & Catalytic Converter. Big job on a old car but, as long as I can access good mechanics, I will keep this car on the road. Thank you Budget Brake!
Made an appointment for Friday morning at 8am to have my brakes checked took time off of work got there on time. They didn’t even have my appointment on their schedule told me they only had one mechanic and no guarantee that it would even get done by the end of the day. Not sure what is going on at this place it’s run down and poorly maintained and managed. Save yourself a whole lot of grief and go somewhere else.
We had an mis fire condition coming through Kamloops with our travel trailer at 4pm Friday afternoon. Paul’s team quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and got us on our way. We are so thankful for his help.
Just wanted to warn everybody about this shop. I sat and waited for all four brakes to be completed which took them 4 hours. I’ve got all four brakes done before and it took them under 2 hours. I got charged over $400 for labour when they spent a total of maybe an hour on my car. They bounce between each vehicle to charge everybody more money. Complete rip off.
