Brought my 2011 Cadillac CTS after it was broken into drivers side window was smashed and front window scratched. They told me that the car was borderline too old for them to work on and it would be over a month before they could even look at it. I can understand they are busy but the attitude in which it was presented was appalling.Having my car broken into was maddening but having to deal with that kind of attitude was worse

Cactus collision was great from the first visit to the completion. they worked with the dates that worked for us and were amazing. Hopefully never need them again, but know that if I do I will not hesitate to go back.
