FIX AUTO KAMLOOPS

Wonderful staff and very honest as well accommodating

I highly recommend Fix It Auto Body. The repair work on my vehicle was completed to a very high standard, and the entire team was professional from start to finish.

After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a small issue that stemmed from a misunderstanding about part of the repair. When I brought it back, the staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. While the misunderstanding wasn't really anyone's fault, they took responsibility for making it right and went above and beyond what I expected.

Their craftsmanship speaks for itself, but their honesty, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction are what truly make them stand out. It's rare to find a business that values its customers the way they do. Thank you for your outstanding service.

The whole experience was a+ all the way. Gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was in shop. Had a weekly status update and got my vehicle back early. Awesome service

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their work is superior as is their customer service and clarity!
