Hands down best auto service I've ever had done on my car. Very friendly, easy to deal with, and extremely affordable. They were willing to pick me up and facilitate registration on an out of province vehicle at no extra charge. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here in the future!

Jay picked up the phone today on Sunday August 2nd with a terrible attitude and complete disrespect for the caller on the other end despite him repeatedly telling us “respectfully we are not a priority” and “respectfully should check if we had our child lock on instead of calling a mechanic” we had and we respectfully think jay should take some classes on customer service before being put on the phones again. We will no longer consider this business for any of our needs and will recommend people use another as well.
Jay was very knowledgeable and honest. He gave me the right advice to get back on the road. Good to find honest guys these days. Do yourself a favor and call this guy before everyone else. Thanks again
When our radiator hose exploded on the highway near Kamloops during a long road trip, I called the right guy. Jay took the time to coach me through the incident, and when it became clear that we couldnt manage it on our own, he put a last minute team together to help us get back on the road after hours. He and Cody went above and beyond, taught us a lot, and offered kind company. If I could rate higher I would.
