I brought my vehicle in and they were able to repair it. However when I picked it up there were over 300km added to my mileage and the gas had gone from almost full to almost empty. On top of that I keep my vehicle in immaculate condition and the back seat had the foldable cup holders down (that I always have up cuz I don’t use them) and footprints on the back of my front driver and passenger seats, suggesting that there were people/person in the back which shouldn’t be necessary if they were working on my engine. When I asked the owner he obviously vehemently denied using my vehicle for other purposes but it is obvious they used my vehicle for their own purposes besides fixing what I had paid them to.

Helpful folk. I phoned here like 10 minutes before closing, asking about selling a used vehicle that was older than the range they prefer to buy. Even though there was never going to be a transaction, they spent several minutes patiently talking to me about where I might find better luck, and shared specialized knowledge about a specific issue the vehicle was having. Thank you.

Had some dealings with the mechanic. I was not happy with the customer service or knowledge of the issues with the car. Ask lots of questions!

Went to them after multiple people recommended them. They not only did NOT fix the issue, they were rude about it!!<br>The issue started after they installed electrics for a tow hitch. When I tried to explain what the issue was I was interrupted and not given a chance to explain, when we picked the car up we were told it was a faulty battery connector, which they replaced. They had also replaced the battery (which at the time was less than 6 months old), the mechanic stated that Costco batteries are garbage. The issue was not resolved and same problem kept happening. Took the car back again; and after they had it for a week they told us there is nothing wrong with it. Issue is still not resolved and a perfectly good car is now useless to us as it is not safe for my son to use.<br><br>The mechanic made zero effort to fix the problem he created and was downright rude when we picked the car up.
