I had such a great experience buying my vehicle with Brett. He was an absolute gem of a human from start to finish…. personable, genuine, friendly, and incredibly easy to deal with. What I appreciated most was that there was zero pressure. He wasn’t the typical pushy, “in your face” salesperson, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable. I had a lot of questions, and Brett took the time to answer every single one. If he didn’t know something, he didn’t make up an answer… he went directly to the sales manager or finance manager, found out, and came back to me with the information I needed. That alone says a lot about his integrity. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Brett made the entire process feel easy and genuinely enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and I felt like he actually cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I received good service at Kamloops Honda, although the car-viewing process felt a little rushed. This may have been because I dropped in without an appointment. Overall, the staff were helpful, but I would recommend booking ahead if you want more time to explore the vehicles and discuss your options.
