Been here many times.<br>The guys here are very honest.<br>$40 oil special has very specific parameters that are clearly marked, and any vehicle specific upcharges are always fairly priced, and any reasonably intelligent person should be able to understand that very easily. Coming from "the city" and going somewhere "cuz it's cheap" infers you may not have the prerequisite financial capabilities to keep your vehicle maintained. I would recommend attempting to purchase the required tools, parts, oil, consumables, and allocating the time required to change your own oil, and reflect how expensive it truly is. Then understand that coming here and being given accurate information and excellent service is quite a good value for the money spent.
