Mr. Lube + Tires

The manager. I have dealt with Mr. LUBE for over 40yrs, from North Shore to your store. I went into your store on Aug. 19th for an oil change, first of all to easr Indian gentleman opened the hud and started whispering, 2 or 3 minutes later they took the stick out, they said you don't have any oil in your car also i was burning oil I was surprised as I always keep my car up to date. To make a long story short. He said I was burning oil, that it needed this kleen flo. $167.00 later. He said it needed transmission worked on and it would be $400.00. I said no, I took it to my mechanic. He said if I didn't have oil the car wouldn't run. My mechanic put transmission oil in and checked my car over. So needless to say my bill was $ 199.00. $115.50 was per hour rest was for transmission fluid. I have never been so annoyed in all my life. Im 82yrs old, do they think because im an old lady im brainless. They never did show me the stick with no oil on it. After 40yrs that was my last visit and my friends to your store. My bill was $167.00 oil changed would have been about $70.00 or so. Tell your staff they shouldn't be whispering and pointing, I should have left right then.

If I could give these guys a 10 star award I would, we are visiting from Ireland and had a issue with oil in our car, theses guys sorted it out, we just can’t praise them enough for the service they provided
