NOTRE DAME TIRE

10/10 all around! My husband and I always use Notre Dame Tire. They are reliable and their customer service is top notch.<br><br>Today I went in to get some new tires put on my Jeep and had left some groceries in the front seat. Their staff noticed it and stuck my milk in their fridge so it wouldn’t go bad. Thought I should post a google review because I can’t say many places would care like they do.<br><br>If you’re looking to support a great local business, definitely consider using them!

Excellent experience with Notre Dame Tire. Friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. It’s refreshing to find a local business that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Notre Dame Tire and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very disappointed with this place. They told me the easy part of swapping tires was taking them on and off the vehicle after I told him it was a Superduty dually with a camper. I been a red seal auto technician for 40 years and have seen some nightmare removing rusted on dually wheels. He was trying to justify his $35.00 per tire quote. I have done thousands of tire mount and balance and disagreed with him 100%. I get a call they refused to mount a brand new michelin tire because it was too old. It was a premium truck tire in its day and had no defects or cracking. I removed my rims myself which required jacking the 12 foot camper up for safety reasons. (Ya it's the easy part). Upon arrival I entered the back door and saw an employee sitting in the break room. I called out several times with no response until I was right there. They were staring at a cell phone with ear buds in? Wow what if the building was on fire or someone was injured? Anyways they noticed the age of my new tire but failed to notice it was a completely different size than the rest lmao. When they called I thought that what the issue was. Anyways I try to support small business but after repeated issues with this place I am done with them. For a place that didn't appear to have much going on you would think they woukd be more accommodating. Good luck.<br>Firstly I did not demand serice from anyone. I was entering your shop from the back and was not sure if I was even allowed and merely asking for assistance. You open at 9am and employees already get a break at 9:45 am ok<br>Secondly I didn't care for your $35 per tire and decided to mount some of the tires myself on spare rims I had myself using my skills. Not sure where you would have worked on my truck as I dont think it would fit in your shop so out in the dirt I guess.<br>Third the tires are the same circumference as i measured them already.<br>Forth that's your opinion, and one reason I wont do business with you again. You shpuld get a job inspecting semi truck tires maybe there wont be tire debris all over tge hiways. Not very often you see light cars and trucks with blown out shredded tires if ever. That and failure to keep promised deadlines. I will be purchasing my own tire machine now for sure. Making multiple trips to your place for inferior service on old worn out equipment for top dollar pricing goes against my grain.<br>The control pedals are almost completely worn off your tire machine.

I’m new to Kamloops, and after having a really bad experience with another shop, I was incredibly grateful to find Rob and his crew.From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately experienced situations where I felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to when dealing with vehicle repairs You absolutely won’t find that here.Rob took the time to explain everything clearly, was upfront about what needed to be done, and the cost.<br>It’s so refreshing to find a shop where you genuinely feel you can trust the people working on your vehicle. I also love that they have a woman mechanic on the team,it’s great to see more women represented in the automotive industry.<br>I highly recommend Notre Dame.
