Francos Auto Service has above and beyond customer service. Andrew at the front desk was very friendly and informative. My vehicle was able to get in for an AC repair quite quickly. Francos went above and beyond, delivering excellent customer service and car repair. Our car broke down while on a road trip and we arrived on Friday afternoon on a tight schedule. Andrew at the front desk went out of his way to help us, was friendly and communicative, and stayed after hours. Grant was also extremely helpful and responsive. They not only did an excellent job with diagnosis and repair, they also let us leave the car with them for over a week, and were very good at communicating with us and ensuring our car was road ready. We highly recommend Francos!

I was traveling through kamloops and a check engine code came up. I dropped off my car and they were able to squeeze me in for a look and estimate. They gave me reasonable choices. The work was done quickly and my 2012 car is running better than ever. They even washed my car. It's almost worth the trip to kamloops just to see these guys. Highly recommended.
