They put new pads and rotors on truck but not calipers. Cost around $200 for job. There were calipers in stock why didn't they put them on.<br><br>Update: Lady called this morning, offered to get me back in and have calipers installed. But I will have to pay more money. I already bought the calipers from parts department Canadian Tire and will install them myself.

Extremely Disappointing Service — Never Coming Back<br><br>I drove my car to Canadian Tire for my scheduled appointment because it was smoking. I was initially quoted $1,500 to replace the serpentine belt and fix the A/C. Since I didn’t want the A/C repaired, the quote changed to $1,100, and eventually $590 for the belt only.<br><br>I decided to have another mechanic do the repair. When I picked up the car, I paid $100 to Canadian Tire, only to discover that they had completely removed the serpentine belt without my permission. The battery warning light was on, the steering was extremely tight, and I was unable to move the car even an inch.<br><br>They took a car that I had driven for my appointment and turned it into a tow-only vehicle without informing me. I had to have my car towed away.<br><br>The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, and her attitude and customer service were absolutely unbearable. When I questioned her, she claimed the battery warning and steering issue were already present when I dropped off the car. I later realized the battery warning was caused by the serpentine belt being removed.<br><br>I eventually had it fixed elsewhere for only $40 labour + $50 for the belt.<br><br>I sincerely hope management and the appropriate authorities see this review and teach that lady how to treat customers with basic respect, professionalism, and proper customer service. I will never return to this location.
