What a nice person, he took the time with my mother-in-law and explained the work that needed to be done. He did the job right away and was very tidy.

*This company is a shell company whose employee appears to just consist of a female receptionist and a single handyman named Alex. Alex is deeply unprofessional and operates under multiple shell companies all of which coerce reviews. You'll notice these reviews aren't legit because its the same guy in each picture posing by a machine. The problem with this is that google guidelines clearly state you do force clients to do reviews on the premises. You also definitely don't take the client's phone and write the review for them and post it for them. Alex also charges well above market rate for his services. I have and will be forwarding any further intimidation to google support and/or the police*

Alex did a good job replacing the lid sensor on the Kenmore clothes washing machine. Got an official part to replace the broken one and was transparent and professional. (NOTE: ALEX TOOK MY PHONE AND WROTE THE ABOVE AND POSTED IT)

Edit: Only complaint I have is that Alex basically forced me to write a review and the price for the repair was basically at a standard premium rate. If you are wondering why this company has so many high reviews its because the technician basically asks the customer to do the review right in front of them. Average service at an average premium. 3 stars due to being average.

Edit again: They called me after I changed my review and made note of the lack of ethics and coercion and demanded I put my review back to 5 stars. This company is coercing and forcing people make high reviews for them so they end up high on the list and have extremely poor respect for customers and do not listen to feedback. Not work working with them and dealing with their harassment. They fake and coerce their reviews. 1/5 stars. Well below average. I do not care if you have to make ends meet. Unethical behavior is not how you do it.
