No change for 100$…

Disappointed with the car wash once again. Used an ultimate+ ticket and waited 40 minutes. The machine didn't even spray foam onto my car—I basically sat in line for 40 minutes just to get my car wet. I might as well rinse it with my hose at home. The staff was clueles, but at least he printed me a replacement ticket before I could even finish my sentence.

March 24,2026 at 11pm. I was waiting for the car before me to finish washing then drive up. And when I was just about to use it they turn the car wash off, saying that I was not in the line when I was waiting in line for 2 cars to finish their washes. The employee said I was not waiting in line and turn the machine off. Now he is just telling me to leave and when I asked his name he literally ignored me and walked off.

He was rude and made me really mad talking to him and in the situation. I understand that they choose to close the car wash at certain time, but it is ridiculous that I was waiting in line and they shut it down just before my turn. They could simply put a cone at the entrance but he chose to shut me off.

He did not even apologize for anything just said it’s closed and told me to leave and walked off.

Old, not convience and garbage everywhere
