This isn't towards the body shop technicians. They do great work. (it's why this isn't a one star review.)

This is towards the scheduling staff. Ignored for two weeks trying to get an apointment setup on an insurance claim. Told "we will call you when we have an opening." Total silence for another week. I only got a call back when I escalated to my inusrance adjuster. If you're going to be a Direct Repair Program (DRP) shop, Act like one!

The receptionist flat out lied and said a two day repair would take a week or more. It in fact did not. She was also extremely rude and dismissive. They also had a rental sent out when infact was using a taxi service. They didn't even bother asking.

I sent in a request for a quote and they responded right away and booked me an appointment for the next day. The gentleman I dealt with was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to help me out with my car. He made sure to tell me every option there was to fix my car. He also did not take long to send me a proper quote for my car! I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone! I believe his name was Jack

My wife’s Subaru got hit in a parking lot in the left passenger side front door. My insurance company recommended Preferred Collision so I took it there to be looked at. The staff were friendly and got the appraisal done right away. We agreed on a date to drop it off and was given a date that it would be finished. The car was ready when promised and looked phenomenal. They erased the collision. I can’t recommend them enough.

Theses guys worked super hard to get my Bronco back to me. I appreciated the service. Customer service was amazing. My Bronco looks amazing! Thank you 👍

Excellent customer service and great mechanical work! There was always good communication whether it was a timeline for repairs or a delay with parts arriving, I was always notified. My car came back looking immaculate and we even bonded while sharing our dog photos. HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here! ❤️ 🐶
