Terrible customer service. The car was returned without being properly repaired, and the issue remained unresolved. The staff members were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I would not recommend this service to others.

I changed my car engine oil from suli owner . He mentioned wrong date on slip . After fews days my car showing engine light today my wife went there to check why its happened. His brother check and told to my wife that engine oil is not good thats why its happened and changed engine oil . My wife showed him old bill that mentioned that i pay for engine oil change . owner came and argue and say take your key and get out from there . Very violent behaved with lady . He no experience how to detect fault . Unprofessional behaviour. Still engine light shows . Still engine oil is leaking .

My friend had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. The owner behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner throughout her visit. Instead of addressing her concerns respectfully, she was spoken to harshly and was eventually asked to leave the premises.
Customer service is an important part of any business, especially in the automotive repair industry where trust and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism and respect toward customers.
I would not recommend this shop based on the way she was treated. I hope the owner takes customer feedback seriously and improves their approach to dealing with clients in the future.

Vanshika is an absolutely amazing receptionist who controls the flow of the shop and smiles while she greets and helps customers. She made a difficult vehicle damage an easy quick and enjoyable visit. Thank you so much Sully Auto!
