On Friday, after regular business hours, I was surprised to find that my reefer unit had stopped working right after loading my freight. I contacted Southwest Diesel for urgent repair, and I was informed that the after-hours rate was $190 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Given the situation, I agreed.
When I arrived at the shop, a young technician named Nick greeted me and immediately started working on the issue. He repaired the breakdown with great professionalism and skill, and he went the extra mile by carefully inspecting the reefer for any other current or potential problems. In about three hours, my unit was back up and running perfectly.
I truly appreciate Nick’s excellent workmanship, clear communication, and professional attitude. Thanks to this experience, Southwest Diesel—and especially Nick—will be my first choice for any future repairs.

Very bad service I brought my truck with APU and I got charged almost $1200 for a job isn’t done right and when I asked the service manager he told he isn’t warranty any work I been charged too much and didn’t fix anything ! So I’ll take this case to court
