Smooth process selling a scrap car to them and paid more than any other yard quoted.
Logel's gave me a good offer!
I recently bought a part for my car from Logel’s Auto Parts and took it to my mechanic for installation. Unfortunately, after the mechanic started working on the car, he discovered that the part provided was the wrong one.

My mechanic explained that he couldn’t keep his bay blocked and would have to do all the work again once the correct part arrived, which would mean paying for the labour twice.

I contacted Logel’s and spoke with Brad, explained the whole situation, and he was very understanding. He took full responsibility for the situation. Logel’s provided a full refund when I returned the incorrect part and, most importantly, covered the cost of the extra labour.

I really appreciate how professionally Brad and the Logel’s team handled the situation and stood behind their customer. Excellent customer service and a great experience in the end.

Definitely recommend Logel’s Auto Parts to others. One of the best auto parts shops in town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have used Logels a number of times for parts in addition to selling 2 vans for scrap. They have great pricing and I highly recommend them. Case in point, this bumper is an exact match and came in under anywhere else. Thank you Logels!
Scrapped an old car this week, Dealt with Mallory who made the process incredibly smooth. Great place to get rid of an old junker.
