This is the only place I take my car. The staff, service and actual care is top notch. I love that they treat customers with respect and honesty, which these days is few and far between. Thank you to Ryan and the guys that fixed my car and reassured me that my car is good after its swim in the storm lol. You guys are the BEST

I had a great experience at Meineke. I originally took my car to the dealership, where I was told that both control arms needed to be replaced.<br><br>I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Meineke around 4:00 PM. Even though they were closing at 5:00 PM, they took my car in within about 10 minutes and gave it a thorough inspection.<br><br>James, the Lead Technician, inspected the car and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. He even took the time to show me the control arms and explained that they were completely fine and did not need to be replaced.<br><br>I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service from Amna, James, and the entire Meineke team. Most importantly, I appreciated that they took the time to properly inspect and diagnose the car rather than recommending unnecessary repairs.<br><br>It’s refreshing to find a shop you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Meineke location to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service!
