Took my car in for service today, was expecting a lot to be wrong and they said my car is good & safe . They could have taken full advantage of my situation and told me things were wrong . Thank you for the incredible service and even more the trust .

Came in for a simple exhaust leak, and ended up with my entire exhaust system collapsing while driving home. Same day I picked up the car, not 30mins of driving later did it come crashing down, scraping along the bottom of the road. Had to get it nearly towed back to the shop. Seriously unprofessional work, lack of craftsmanship, and a negligible job. Thankfully the car and exhaust system seemed fine (aside from the obvious scraping) and more importantly thankfully no one was hurt. They did end up “fixing it” but I will never be coming back here. Broke my trust as a customer. So, if you want a subpar job, come to the Kitchener scammerman! Would give zero stars if I could.
