I have been a happy customer of Krown Rust Control for approximately 33 years.
The Bergsma family are car enthusiasts just as I am. They have always been quite humble individuals who started off by doing the spraying themselves.
They consistently make me feel valued when they take their time to greet me, even when I know they are busy.
I am extremely meticulous about my vehicles cleanliness, and the work is always done with care, that I appreciate very much.
The receptionists Mara and Deanna are very friendly, knowledgeable and ensure that every customer understands clearly what to expect after the spray is finished with safety guidance.
The online booking website makes the reservation process smooth and simple.
The building has undergone renovations and features a very comfortable waiting area with a fully stocked refreshment station.

Kitchener Krown is always fantastic. Super clean, friendly and professional.

I,ve been going to Krown rust since I purchased my 2016 Silverado. In 2024 I noticed some rust on the bottom of one of my rear doors on the inside which Krown rust paid for half the repair cost.

A few weeks ago I noticed rust in the same spots as the rear door but on both front doors. Brought it to Krown and they took pics and sent the pics to head office.

I received an email back denying their warranty for the reason of being as the rust is below the door seals they will not warranty it. After I replied stating they fixed the rear door with the same exact rust issue a few years ago they replied with I didn’t get my truck sprayed in 2024. They are just looking for a reason to not stand behind their product which clearly isn’t the best which they say.

I’ll be taking my truck and my wife’s car to another business other than Krown. My family and friends already said they will go somewhere else after hearing my experience. That’s at least 10 vehicles. I’m also in the process of finding a new place for my boss to take his fleet of work trucks to other than Krown.

I’m sure someone from Krown will respond with saying it’s my fault and that their product is good quality blah, blah, blah.

Buyer beware, there are better places out there. I would stay far away from Krown as possible.

Also don’t believe the excuses in the replies to the negative reviews as that’s all they are is EXCUSES.

So they responded with EXCUSES just like I said they would. And he was correct they didn’t deny the warranty, it’s just not covered under their warranty. Still crappy product and Krown can keep their coupons as I stated I will never use Krown again!!

****UPDATE****
I talked with the owner of the company I work for and told him about how Krown is dealing with my situation and he has decided to cut ties with Krown and go with a different higher quality company. Lol. I’ve also been telling neighbours and every co worker about how Krown treats their customers.

So now Krown has lost 9 customers which are my immediate family, 3 of my friends, a company of 82 service trucks and growing, 5 office employees with their personal vehicles are looking elsewhere. 2 neighbours are reconsidering and I’ve only started. I’m going to make it my mission to inform everyone I talk to about how Krown is not the best place for rust control and that there are other companies out there that have high quality products.

Very thorough setting me up with a git certificate. I even got a CAA reward.
