Today I experienced customer service and kindness that went far beyond anything I could have expected.<br><br>I was at a gas station trying to put air in one of my tires when I realized it wasn’t filling at all. I was by myself, didn’t know what was wrong, and was feeling pretty stuck. A gentleman from The Truck Shop happened to be there and noticed what was going on. He immediately recognized that the valve insert was missing and took the time to explain the issue to me.<br><br>What happened next completely blew me away. Even though the shop was closed, he invited me to follow him a couple of blocks to The Truck Shop, opened up the locked building, turned on the compressor, and fixed my tire so I could safely get back on the road.<br><br>As if that wasn’t enough, he also tracked down a replacement valve cap for me after I had accidentally left mine behind at the gas station.<br><br>He didn’t know me. He wasn’t trying to make a sale. He simply saw someone who needed help and went out of his way to provide it. In today’s world, that kind of generosity and genuine concern for another person is rare.<br><br>The Truck Shop should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing their business. His kindness turned what could have been a stressful afternoon into a reminder that there are still amazing people out there.<br><br>Thank you to The Truck Shop and especially to the gentleman who helped me today. You didn’t just fix a tire, you restored a little faith in humanity. Thank you Manny!<br><br>Highly, highly recommended.
I went there to do my Isuzu npr truck there customer service is great they always do their job right the prices are really reasonable. They do there job fast I recommend you go there to your safty and your emsssion test .<br>There is a guy who’s name is Nelson and he’s very helpful
