I genuinely think this crew understands BMWs better than most dealership and their customer service is second to none. I was blown away.

I was very happy with the service we received. Not only did they fix the issue with our vehicle, but they also went above and beyond by driving to meet my daughter to pick up the keys and bring the car to their shop. Their extra effort and excellent customer service were truly appreciated.

I've been coming to this shop for the last 20+ years. They've done everything very well, from the big intensive repairs to the small ones. One thing to understand before coming here is that it's a boutique import shop, not a crumby chain or a discount bargain centre. You can't expect an import shop with specific insight into foreign vehicles - that has to order all specialized tools & equipment to work on these cars - to do repairs for pennies on the dollar. "Cheap" kinda isn't the nature of these vehicles to start with... I'll happily pay a couple extra bucks when I know that it's being accompanied by a staff who intimately understands my car and regularly knows the exact ailments that I'm trying describe to them when I call for service/upgrades. This shop has always helped me tackle my wacky requests when other shops wouldn't even touch them. Recent examples:<br><br>- Upgraded worn suspension components for Bilstein B14 suspension kit/ upgraded control arms/tie rods/sway bar/bushings/mounts/etc. The install cost less than I anticipated, and the outcome was absolutely monumental. I had a very specific height that I wanted my suspension to be set at, and they nailed it (both times... sorry for the extra headache Rochell!)<br><br>- Intake valve cleaning (carbon buildup & deposits). I had originally enquired about walnut blasting the intake valves, but after speaking with Mike he recommended that I try the BG chemical induction valve cleaning method instead (MUCH cheaper and basically as effective). Mike explained that it's an actual process involving industrial strength solvents & electrical components to connect to the ECU/throttle, as opposed to just dumping some store-bought additives to my fuel like I had tried in the past. I was highly sceptical at first, especially after reading about this service online compared to actual walnut blasting. But when I got my car back from the BG chemical service I was absolutely blown away, it was like it somehow just erased 150,000kms worth of carbon build up inside the engine, all from a $650 service!!! It was massively worth it.<br><br>This shop also has a knack for pointing out upcoming problems that I may be facing in the future, and they point that out to me before my car is returned so that I have an option to fix it or at least order the parts if I want to while my vehicle is still in their shop. They also recently fixed a random rogue oil leak that I had in my engine, it took some hunting but they found it and fixed it. Great work guys!!

Worst European shop in red deer and maybe Alberta trust me your way better off going to das auto import experts down the road, jarry charged me over $250 to tell me info I already had on my cv axel and then proceeded to ghost me and not fix anything. Das auto or mister transmissions will have you covered with way better pricing and quality of work and are very fast, they also know how to answer the god damn phone and give there clients info on what they paid for even though it should be free every other shop said and proved many times over jerry… so long story short if you wanna pay $250+ for them to lift your car in the air not fix anything and drop it go here. I also worked at wrench master so I feel like my option counts. Don’t let the little soft spoken blond girl at the front fool you Jerry is in his office doing absolutely nothing he just wants your money not to fix your car! Don’t even deserve a 1 star!😂😂<br><br>Reply to there comment, I had two other shops try and fit several cv axels for no charge. As you said you were informed before hand on the scenario and still took on the job knowing you may not be able to fix it, as you were not able to. Then proceeded to charge a $250+ labour bill for zero work done to the car. All the other shops said you don’t charge them if you didn’t do or fix anything as you didn’t that’s why you say no to a job if you won’t wanna loose money or risk it. And for Jerry that was not a disrespectful comment and was very appropriate he is the owner and he didn’t call once about info ln it or anything about looking for one, I called multiple times asking about that and only got an answer on the 9th day I feel like with zero info, seemed like he didn’t even look. Mister transmission had it fixed in two days and the full cost was a little over what you charged for nothing. Stop replying to your low reviews with misleading info and admit you were maybe in the wrong once or twice don’t need to talk anything over with you guys I will gladly just take my business els where, just though it would inform people on my experience:)
