Today I was driving to Airdrie from Edmonton and on the way my engine under shield came loose and was dragging on the highway. Since I also work along side fix auto, I found Fix auto Lacombe on google. I dropped in unexpected with my wife and 2 kids and they brought the car in and fixed it now problem! Erica greeted us warm and welcoming and was happy to help right away. Cole brought the car in a fastened my under shield right away fast and efficient. I told him no need to rush, but he understood that we had to be in Airdrie at a certain time and got it done right away. I’m very grateful that I went to fix auto Lacombe for this quick emergency. Thanks guys you made my day.

Decided to take my car to this shop for repairs (insurance claim). They took pictures and never called me back. It's been a couple of weeks since then. Their manager Darshan wasn't friendly when I spoke with him over the phone.

I’m leaving this review for Patricia in October a deer hit her car and we were told to take it to fix auto in Lacombe first off the place has been an absolute crap show to deal with took them 2 and a half months to fix the vehicle not being much damage we went and picked up the car and I get just down the road and notice there was no sound in the car under diagnosis from Honda the amp was blown and it worked perfectly fine when the car was dropped off they were saying it was due to underglow on the car that was disconnected when the car was purchased it wasn’t hooked up and everything was taken out by a professional. Upon further digging they didn’t line the hood up properly they left tape on the inside of the vent on the fender the drivers side vent was held on by nothing pictures are below the owner of this place should be held accountable for his actions the amp will be replaced as there the ones that blew it and Patricia isn’t gonna stop till they fix there screw ups. STAY AWAY from this place they don’t do good work and there’s dirt and debris in the clear coat on the hood as well
