I had posted my truck for sale one night on marketplace. I am local to Lacombe county. Micheal’s minion responded very quickly and was polite at the time. The next night when I got off of work they had met me at my acreage. Then I was greeted with Jay and Silent Bob. From then on I should have kicked him off my property. The two of them did not disclose they were buying the truck for the lot. They continued to look at it and absolutely kick tires, make comments on how rough it was. They had attacked me from angle to make me feel like I was selling something not road worthy. When all said and done they wanted to purchase it for less than half. I would expect online nonsense from random people off the street but people from a business. DO BETTER

Very professional. Do what they say they will do and sold my truck for basically what I wanted in under 2 months.<br>I would purchase or sell with them again.

I posted a wanted ad on Kijiji looking for a diesel pickup. I had a salesman from Empire call me with one of their trucks on the lot offering a huge discount. He had lined up to show it to me on a Sunday. I had asked him if we could make a deal because it was my only day off. He did advise me they accept CASH. So I made the drive down from GP. When I had arrived I messaged the salesman, I waited for 30 minutes and tried calling no answer. Me and my wife went for lunch hoping for a call back…… nothing. When we had both tried to call again my call was ignored. When someone makes a special Sunday drive from 7 hours north you think you would have some decency to show up and do your job. I would not recommend this place as they had wasted my day off and I did not end up with the truck but I luckily found one up in Edmonton that worked for my budget.

I meant to leave this review when I purchased my Expedition almost two years ago, but somehow I thought I had already submitted it. My apologies for the late review!<br><br>Mike and his team at Empire Auto Sales were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were always fair, honest, and upfront throughout the entire process, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.<br><br>Nearly two years later, the Expedition is still running great, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Even though this review is long overdue, I wanted to make sure Mike and his team received the recognition they deserve.<br><br>Thank you again for the excellent service and a great vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Empire Auto Sales to anyone looking for an honest and professional buying experience.
